Office hours
Our hours are Monday thru Thursday 10:00AM to 6:00PM and Fridays 10:00AM to 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time.  If you call during the day and get our voice mail it means that all our lines are busy.  Please either leave a message or call back at a later time. 
 

How To Place Orders
To place an order with us all you need to do is call our 800 number.  If you placed your initial order using a credit card we still have that number on file. You will only need to give us a card number if you’re using a different credit card. 

If we have a more than one credit card on file please tell us which one you want to use. Make sure we read you back the order over the phone to confirm it with you. 

  • Every attempt is made to send your order out the same day for in stock merchandise.

  • E-mail: You can e-mail orders to DealerSupport@FriendlyFolks.com.   Please note: If this is a rush order please call us the next day to insure we received it. 
     
  • If you want overnight delivery or guaranteed three day delivery please let us know.  Otherwise every order is shipped UPS ground.    
     

Use of Company Name
If you are going to register your company with your state you'll have to think of a name for your business. 
Many dealers use something like "Mary's Personalized Creations."  Call us if you need some suggestions.

The name "Friendly Folks" is a federally registered trademark owned by us.  You are not allowed to register with this name.  However it is perfectly acceptable to print on a business card, sign or flyer that you are an "Authorized Friendly Folks™ Dealer."

Use of Copyright
Please understand that all Friendly Folks cartoons are fully copyrighted.  This means reproduction in any form, including scanning and photocopying is strictly prohibited.  If you need to reproduce our cartoons in any other fashion besides printing them out through our Print On Demand software program, you must obtain permission from us first.  

Payment Terms
All orders must  be paid in full at time of shipping. We accept personal checks, money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.  Your credit card is not charged until your merchandise ships.

Returns
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, you may return it for a replacement within 5 business days from the delivery date.  You must call for a RMA (return merchandise authorization) number before sending anything. Otherwise the shipping department will not accept your package. Please write the number clearly on the top of the box.
